Please note that Active.com chooses a 6.75% service charge. A $1.25 per registration will be assessed for registrations sent by mail.

Saturday night’s dinner is $22 per person online. For those choosing to wait, the price will become $25.00 as a walkup. All reservations for dinner on Saturday night will close at 11:00 AM on Saturday.

Register Online
Register online by April 3, 2009, to make your meal and T-shirt selections and pay by credit card. A service charge of 6.75% will be added to your total by Active.com. You will receive an email confirmation after you register.

Download the Ride Pamphlet, fill out the registration for, and mail it to:

Your entry must be postmarked by March 30, 2009. Please make checks payable to San Antonio Wheelmen and remember to sign the waiver at the bottom of the registration form. No cash or credit cards please.

Walkup Registration
You can also register for the ride at any of the scheduled packet pickup times for $50.00. Checks or cash only. You will receive a T-shirt if available, but we cannot guarantee your size.

Packet Pickup
Packet pickup is at the Schreiner University Student Activity Center, #2 on the campus map. Times are as follows:

• Thursday 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm
• Friday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
• Saturday 7:00 am to 11:00 am
